The best batches of the very good vintage 2015 gave this Cuvee a very special harmony. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zweigelt aged more than 18 months in small french barrels and got almost about a year for ripening in the bottle. Presenting a dark purple color, this wine has deep, cool nose with the typical notes of elegance, cedar, dark berry with smoky, vanilla and chocolate notes wine with a long finish.

Acidity ... The total content of acidity in is generally between 4 and 10 g/l (the total acidity is declared on the State control number assessment) In extreme cases, (such as with Schilcher, Eiswein (ice wine) or Ruster Ausbruch), this value can be higher.
